JWAP sits between the people who need creative work and the team that delivers it. Requesters see only their own work, comment and upload freely, and can never silently change a status, a priority, or an owner.
Accounts are provisioned by an administrator. Contact creative operations if you need access.
Row-level security scopes each requester to their own submissions and each department manager to their own department. Status, priority, and assignee are structurally read-only outside the creative team.
Every status and target-date change is written to an immutable history entry with the actor, the source system, and whether the requester was notified.
When a requester replies to a question, a triage alert fires immediately so the request is picked back up instead of sitting quietly.
